Returns & Faulty items
- We offer a 30 days Refund & Exchange on items in the original packaging. We will deduct the cost of postage and the return postage will be borne by you if you change your mind.
- In the event of a faulty item, please contact us and we can help you troubleshoot the issue. Photos are important to send over to us to determine if the item should be disposed or returned back to us to investigate further.The postage for faulty items is covered by us. This will either be compensated with a free item or a partial refund. All returns must be sent via a signed for service with a note of your full name and or eBay id attached. Once recieved a replacemnt or a refund will be sent to you.
Non Returnable Items
Used coils are cannot be returned for a full refund. We will only calculate a refund for coils that are in the original packaging and not used.
- A faulty coil? We only consider a coil as faulty if it fails to power up your device (Dead on Arrival). If you use the coil and it fires up your device, this coil will not be replaced.
- Used drip Tips and Tanks cannot be exchanged or returned once used due to hygiene reasons. If you change your mind, make sure the device has not been used before it is returned to us. It must be in the original packaging.

I changed my mind scenario
We can exchange your item if you don’t like it. There will be an additional charge to ship out a replacement for you and the return postage will be borne by you. This charge is equivalent to the cost of postage only.
Wrong item sent case
If we ship you the wrong item, please contact us immediately and an exchange will be arranged for you.
To speed up the exchange process, please send in the proof of return postage and will can ship out the correct order on the same day for you. To cover your return postage we can either of you a free item or a partial refund to cover the return postage.
